Delete my Vaadhan data
Per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request erasure of your account and all associated matter data at any time. We'll process your request through a 30-day grace period — you can cancel during that window if you change your mind.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, Bar Council ID, phone, email)
- All matters and case records under your account
- Vault documents and uploaded files
- Time entries, invoices, and litigant records
- Saved research queries and citations
- Your Firebase Authentication account
What gets retained (and why)
- Anonymised aggregate statistics (no link back to you) — for product analytics
- Court filings already submitted on your behalf — those are public record now and outside our control
- Audit logs of the deletion event — kept 90 days for compliance
