Why is the AI synthesis trustworthy enough for court submissions?
Every AI answer Vaadhan generates is checked on four layers before you see it: exact quote match against the retrieved judgment, citation existence (the case must be in our retrieval set, not invented), semantic overlap with the source text, and synthesis consistency. Citations failing verification are flagged red. This directly addresses the Supreme Court of India's February 2026 directive on AI-generated content in court filings.
What data does Vaadhan collect?
The minimum needed to power the service: your Bar Council ID, name, phone number, the matters you add or import, and documents you upload to your Vault. We never sell your data or run third-party analytics. Full breakdown at /privacy.
Is my client matter data private?
Yes. Matter data is scoped per-advocate in Firestore — no other Vaadhan user can read your matters. Server-side requests to AI run over auth-gated APIs that verify the caller owns the documents being processed. Files are served only from your own Firebase Storage path.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time. The /data-deletion page submits a DPDP-compliant request with a 30-day grace period. After that, your account, matters, vault, and time entries are permanently erased.
What courts does Vaadhan support?
All Indian courts — the Supreme Court, all 25 High Courts, and the district & tribunal judiciary. eCourts docket auto-sync (by CNR), national case search and cause-lists work nationwide across every state, via the official eCourts API.
Will Vaadhan ever cost more than CaseMine / Manupatra / SCC Online?
No. Our pricing model is designed for Indian chambers, not US firms. Even the paid tier will be a fraction of the international tools, and the Free tier will always cover meaningful day-to-day advocacy.
